Warwick Computer Service Transitions to Digital-First Model, Closing Physical Storefront
Monday, 7th of April 2025 - Warwick, Queensland
Warwick Computer Service today announced a major transition in its business model, moving to a fully digital-first approach to better meet evolving customer needs and industry trends. As part of this shift, the company will close its physical retail location at 85 Grafton Street, Warwick, effective 5:00 PM AEST on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
Over the past several years, advancements in technology and changing customer preferences have enabled Warwick Computer Service to resolve 95% of support requests remotely. This evolution has paved the way for a more efficient, cost-effective, and flexible service model.
What Customers Need to Know
Warwick Computer Service’s physical storefront will no longer be open to the public starting May 1, 2025.
Home customers with active ESET or Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions will be contacted regarding their transition options, including continued management through ‘That IT Girl.’
Business clients will experience no changes to their current service agreements, and Warwick Computer Service will proactively reach out to businesses without ongoing support agreements to discuss future options.
